Trivia: Only one man both held the Mid-Atlantic title and managed a Mid-Atlantic title holder: #1 Paul Jones. Jones had 3 reigns as champion, the first in 1975, followed by two reigns in 1982. He managed Dory Funk Jr. to the Mid-Atlantic title in 1983 and the Outlaw (Dory Jr. under a mask) in 1984.
