The patch is a full 4-inches in diameter.

The Mid-Atlantic logo patch was sewn onto turnbuckle covers on Jim Crockett rings during the 1970s and early 1980s, and was also occasionally worn by referees as an alternate to the "Official NWA Referee" patch.
