This past November (2025), I had the great honor of being asked by Bob Caudle's sons, Mike and Bob Jr., to speak on behalf of wrestling fans at Bob's memorial service. I was privileged to do so. The funeral was held on November 25 in Raleigh, NC.
WRAL channel 5 in Raleigh did a short feature on Bob, who worked at the station as a news and weatherman in the 1960s and 1970s. He also hosted the Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling program that was taped there in those same studios in the 1960s through the early 1980s.
